Computer and English Learning
"Our education should help and head to economic growth of the Qila Raipur Area and what more one could contribute to the
society than reaching out to thousands of under privileged children, groom them to be good citizens of country."
It is recognized that the education of rural children is adversely affected. Several factors such as poor economic and
educational conditions conspire to deprive them of education. Computer & English learning became a distant dream for them.
The BJSBT recognize that educating these children will help in developing the skills they need to escape poverty and thus,
avoid their exclusion from a range of opportunities available in towns.
Thus the Trust is currently organising the donation of computers for secondary and senior secondary schools to make them
computer literate.

Employment Opportunity
Unemployment is a potent factor forcing the helpless households below the poverty line. Rural areas are left behind in case of
employment opportunity that’s why in Qila Raipur area BJSBT has taken up this at the top most priority. IT education and
training programs for adults and youth will help to get employment in cities as well as these people can serve their rural
areas to improve infrastructure and thus expected to improve productivity.
BJSBT has started the Self-employment programs which are meant for the educated or semi-educated youth and others who have the
desire to take up trading or servicing activities in Qila Raipur area.
BJSBT’s aim is to provide work for all by making rural youth and adult literate and providing the self employment to Qila
Raipur rural people.

Rural Development & Health Care
The focus of our work is to promote and strengthen livelihoods for the rural poor in Qila Raipur. This involves organizing
them, enhancing their capabilities, introducing ways to improve their incomes and linking them to banks, markets and other
economic services.
BJSBT is putting forth all its might to implement literacy, health, and self-sufficiency programmes by the active
participation.
The Qila Raipur rural people are acutely suffering not only from illiteracy, ignorance and superstitions but also from lack of
medical facilities. For the benefit of such rural and agency population, Awareness meetings, Medical camps, Eye camps, Blood
donation camps are being organized by BJSBT, which is leaving no stone unturned in this direction for their welfare.
Beside this trust also emphasis on the health education which teach the children that how can they become hygiene and prevent
themselves from the diseases. |

Self Employment for Rural Women
Women in India still face economic and social discrimination. They generally do not enjoy the same social status as men, and
are often the victims of violence. Our projects and programs have an integrated gender focus that is trying to analyze and
improve the social relations between men and women, and give women equal rights in society.
"If a women is educated her entire family is educated."
BJSBT is helping the Qila Raipur rural women by the following ways:-
- Self employment for all the marginalized women by providing them sewing machines etc.
- Market linkages for the finished products will be set up.
- Making the women aware about their rights.
- Motivating the women in education, family planning, health and hygiene.

Infrastructure
Rural infrastructure assumes great importance because of the country’s predominantly rural nature, the crucial linkages of
infrastructure to economic growth, poverty alleviation and human development.
The trust is working to improve the Qila Raipur’s infrastructure because availability of enough infrastructures is the gateway
to progress. Trust is looking the ways to deal with the problem of water supply and sewerage which can be solved by setting up
water treatment plants, modem piped water supply, and sewerage networks.
Beside water supply the other important problems to deal with are good network of roads and electricity. Availability of good
infrastructure will also encourage the generation of local knowledge and this process of rural development will work best for
the individual community. |
